The cold, dry weather is in full force, and your skin is most likely feeling it too! It feels dry, flakey, and just dull. Now is the time to take care of those issues and bring some hydration back into your skin! Exfoliate, moisturize, hydrate, & repeat! Grab yourself a good exfoliating mask and use it 2-3 times a week. This will lift any dead skin cells, and bring your healthy, glowing skin forward! Moisturizing is key to reduce dry skin, twice a day after you cleanse your face. Hydrate throughout the day with good
Now when it comes to makeup, you can help keep your skin hydrated and looking flawless even with dry skin. Start with applying a good face primer, this will help protect your foundation from your dry skin. The primer will act as a barrier between your skin and your makeup, it will look smoother and more flawless. Next, try getting yourself a good beauty balm cream. If you’re not familiar with a beauty balm cream, it’s a tinted moisturizer. It will give your skin an extra boost of hydration while evening out your skin tone.
Tip: Is beauty balm cream not giving you enough coverage? Mix it with your favorite liquid foundation, concealer or add your pressed powder foundation on top to give you that added coverage you’re looking for.
